the idea is to play 12 really good sentinels, and then use the 2 drop units like Learned Herbalist or Back-Alley Delinquent to discard them, then cheat them out using Stirring Sand or Grasping at Shadows
The herbalist also doubles up as power ramp to play the sigil/influence of your choice from your deck
the delinquent doubles up as spell or relic removal to help protect the sentinels once they are on the field
Talir's Intervention in this particular deck is very strong as it protects your sentinels from being killed or stolen and used against you or if needed just to silence a problem unit
the 3x Great-Kiln Titan ( I only have 3 but will probably play 4 when I get another) and 4x Heart of the Vault I feel are auto include sentinels the 3rd sentinel of choice is up for grabs and am experimenting with emerging colossus as when this hits if there is a sentinel in the void it can grab it back and reduce its cost but it can only do this once due to the cost reduction
but I have also played moonstone vanguard for some card draw and a slightly cheaper to play unit so you don't need to rely on the discard too much
mug - is there as another piece of hand removal and also is a good hit from kiln titan if played from the top of the deck
as such I have tried to put as many spells as I can that can still be useful off the top and are not a wasted play
quarry to hopefully mill or reduce the cost of a sentinel or dig for power

Strengths - big units that are difficult to remove and that keep coming back
Weakness - the big units can become an anchor if they are stuck in hand and you don't draw your discard or get the right influence and can be beaten by fast rush deck before it has chance to get going

Market
sandstorm scarf - to ground flyers as there are non in the deck (it could be sandstorm titan but found the relic stuck around longer
mysterium orb - to give the sentinels overwhelm and endurance and is a bonus burn spell if kiln titan is out
purify - as a simple cheap piece of removal and to silence a recurring threat
bore -to remove gavel and other annoying relics
frenzied omnivore - as another discard outlet in the market and to remove a threat with the killer effect (flex slot / tech choice)
