Fire and Justice is the best place to start for a deck. There are some powerful cards in Primal, such as Changestick, Whispering Wind and Shelterwing, but I don't think there is quite enough to build a consistent deck not based on those three cards. There is decent reach in your Fire if you want to be aggressive, and the justice cards can help you stall out for a longer grindier game or play midrange depending on the build. I personally would try to build a Midrange RG deck with maybe a splash for the Primal cards listed above, or S for surgeon's saw and recycler depending on how risky you would like to be for a mediocre splash. Feel free to ask for any clarification you may need on any of this, or if you have a better plan in mind. I would love to see any and all idea's for the pool.
