This is the first deck I ever really "built" from cards I had and from my own ideas. So far it seems to be working out fairly well. I got this idea from the Auralian Rats deck going around with the play style the pre-made Twist of Tocas deck gives you.
Bloodnurse and
Wingbrewer are there to generate
Vampire Bats.
Bloodnurse should be twisted after it reaches +1/+1 and higher to generate
Vampire Bats. Use
Scare before they're about to die +
Dark Return to bring them back if they get killed. Save
Refresh's and
Scares for the
Bloodnurse's.
Wingbrewer is there for additional card draw/disposal to get to your combo quicker.
Katra, the Devoted ties this whole deck together. It is there to combo off of the Lifesteal from the Vampire bats + anything that gets Lifesteal from
Xenan Lifespeaker.
Healer's Cloak,
Refresh,
Devour,
Amber Waystone, and
Amethyst Coin all generate additional health to combo off of
Katra, the Devoted to buff your bats + anything else in play.
Xenan Obelisk for additional oomph if you're waiting for a
Katra, the Devoted to get out. If you're full on bats, a
Clock of Stolen Hours could be used to also secure an additional turn if you can't win immediately.
Stained Honor is there to make your
Bloodnurse twists cheaper as well as for the
Katra, the Devoted +
Razorquill combo.
If you can get a
Katra, the Devoted,
Razorquill, and
Stained Honor out in the same turn, you win. Just keep twisting
Razorquill.
I'm still learning how to make decks and I know it still needs some more tweaks, so any advice / criticisms / suggestions are greatly appreciated.
