A couple of ideas:

1. Instead of Jack's Knife, have you considered Longbarrel? It doesn't give the added health, but it gives Overwhelm, and can be used to kill off units later in the game as well. Edit - just remember that Jack's Knife can also help trigger Mastery.
2. Is the Sabotage really that useful? I love getting rid of enemy removal, don't get me wrong, but Expedition is already a pretty unit-heavy environment, and I can see this whiffing a lot of the time.
3. Instead of Impending Doom, how about Dread Hellkite? Will trigger Cozin, the Cowardice curse can be very useful, and can go through almost anything in the air.
4. i feel like this deck could use more creatures, just to avoid the "I have weapons but no creatures" problem. Also, you might want to add one Slayer's Edge that you can fetch with Dragon's Forge.
5. Finally, any reason you aren't playing Voprex's Choice? Card is insane, and works particularly well in a deck with lots of weapons and dragons.

I had a long reply typed out but then I made the mistake of clicking on a card to make sure I knew what it did and it erased my whole thing! So, here are cliffsnotes because I'm on mobile and typing sucks:
1. You answered your own question, I think Knife is just 100% required in a deck like this.
2. I like Sabotage because when I'm putting weapons on units, taking their removal spells to protect me from 2 for 1s is very useful. I think 4 might be too many, and replacing one or 2 with Fire Edict might be good.
3. Doom over Hellkite because I value the 5/5 body and not dying to Conflagrate more than the Cowardice. I think both are fine but i think Doom functions better.
4. More units is generally a good thing but I'm not sure there are enough quality units to justify it. Personally haven't come across a spot where I have too many weapons in hand, Dragon Forge helps with that and I'm also only playing 8 weapons. Slayers Edge probably doesn't have enough dragons to be worth it, and even if it did I'm not sure I want to play such an expensive card just to maybe draw 1 or 2 Troves. That's just not how this deck can win games - at that point in the game the extra cards are really just 2/3 or 1/1 bodies.
5. So, Voprex Choice is an insane card in Midrange and control decks, but it doesn't serve the plan of this deck. It's completely dead against Cultists because they have Sac fodder and their removal gives stuff negative health. Paying 2 to rebuy a weapon isn't going to be useful often enough to really include when the replacement is just cards that make the early gameplan more consistent. I just think it needs a perfect storm to be worth a cardslot in a deck that is trying to end games as quickly as possible

Thanks for the respones, SkeeJay! I admit, I still think Hellkite is better (Doom is just begging for Permafrost) and I don't quite understand why you wouldn't play the Choice just because of one deck that isn't even that prevalent on the ladder. But to each his own.

I was Master 120ish when I was playing this deck. I climbed from 180 to that with this deck
