Honestly, the only cards I'd say are actually bad here are Dispel and Champion of Progress Everything else seems pretty workable. Considering the gimmick, I'd say it looks alright with all the ramping, I can just think of better cards to play in the mono factions that some of the Combrei stuff, like Order of the Spire over Awakened Student, though I wouldn't say that one is always the case, and Student has proven itself to be good in the past.

Well, Karmic Guardian and Penitent Bill are just bad cards imo, of course always compared to alternative that they could be. Combrei Healer isn't really good most of the time either. I really like Copperhall Elite in concept, it just never seems to be quite strong enough when it needs to.
So far, in somewhat even games, my experience was that pits and chains win the game eventually, unless you die first.
