Sahin + Chains

My take on cheating out Martyr's chains.

Update:
This is a little more controlish than other versions running Teacher etc.

Gets relics via Severin, or Smuggler -> Core.

Changed Hourglass to Core as it feels pretty good to go turn 5 Sahin into chains. Also added Dizo's office as a ramp payoff.
Did add the second chains because as the commenters mentioned, it is relevant to have two in the deck.

Formerly I had hourglass, previous description about hourglass: I went with hourglass as the market relic because it is the cheapest relic that might have an impact on the board, and is fetchable by both smugglers. Especially good if Hooru aggro running Aniyah continues to be popular, or you run into people still running permafrost. This also allows you to technically combo off with only 4 mana, which might be necessary sometimes. You can smuggler turn 3, Governor turn 4 against a deck you don't think can kill it, then you can go off next turn without needing to draw a 5th undepleted mana. Also just Great Valley Smuggler as a 4/4 endurance can be pretty annoying for aggro decks.
