The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
It would probably be decent as a market inclusion. If you know you're going to run into a Vara in a turn or two, proactively pulling it from the market could be the smart play.
What to take out of the market for it, though? Maybe Maul? Maybe Bladearang? I win a lot with this deck, and I don't think I've ever pulled Maul out of my Market and have only pulled Bladearang a few times.
I think Maul would be a good choice to take out. How is this deck performing with the resurgence of FJS lately, btw? Anyone playing it in masters, atm?
I don't know why this deck doesn't have more upvotes. It's genius. Maybe because it's a bit more difficult to play than traditional Skycrag? Granted, most of the burn spells are supposed to go face, but there are times when you do have to make the decision to blast a unit or block, and those decisions tend to be the difference between a loss and barely squeaking out a win.
Definitely not an autopilot deck! Knowledge of the opponents deck is a huge asset. Yyou've got to know what units must be removed asap and what you can ignore. How's my oppening hand? Do I have the gas to just race face? Are they playing large lifelink units? Do I save a few cheap spells? Do I pull Bladerang from the market or Permafrost? Thanks for the support AlpacaLips
I've been climbing with the deck last month and this month and love it. There's so many decision points every game. And when it's against Rakano/Whirling Duo or Shadow/Vara, squeaking out a win is so satisfying. Lifesteal immediately puts you into combat math mode, because those units make the deck's job so much more difficult.
I rarely pull Bladearang, simply because its expensive and if you don't have a board state in your favour, it won't last beyond a turn. But it's there if you can utilize it and I have in a small handful of games.
