Rhum’s Last Word Control

Playing around with the idea of The Last Word as a win condition with Rhum, First Constructor as well as Worldpyre. Taking some inspiration from Roshi’s Rhum Pyre deck here to try to see what can be done, more for fun than anything here. Any thoughts and feedback appreciated.

Update 2/3/21: made some adjustments based on my experience on the ladder, I found that Pit of Lenekta wasn’t ever seeing use, so decided to switch in Temporal Distortion which gets excellent synergy with The Last Word as a win condition. One card I’m still not 100% on is Dazzle; it has great utility against other control/spell-based decks, but if you’re seeing a lot of Valkyrie decks Rindra’s Choice may be more useful in its spot. When mulliganing, Transpose is the most vital, considering it protects from getting screwed by Dichro’s Ruin and hand/market destruction as well as giving you access to Worldpyre. Super fun to play and is actually faring better than expected so far.

Update 2/7: Replaced Crystallise with Solar Blast with quite a bit of success. Made it to Masters yesterday and had a ton of fun doing it.
