The market probably needs changes, but there haven't really been any relevant new cards added since then. That being said, there are quite a lot of options for the top end of Praxis Ramp, so there are a variety of ways you can build it. If you don't already own these cards, don't make this version.

Just try to pay attention to the weak points and think about what might shore up those weaknesses. I haven't actually played this list in months, so I can't comment personally.
