I've been enjoying playing this deck a lot recently (going very big with Mask of Torment is fun) and I've been doing quite well also.
This deck has a bunch of similarities to TJP Temporal (including Temporal itself as a market option), but it plays out quite a bit differently in practice. The main difference is that you have actual ramp, so you get to do big things earlier and more reliably. Even a single Mask ramps you very quickly, and with two early Masks I've done ridiculous things like play 5 owls on turn 7. TJP Temporal decks have a lot of 8-drops that can be stuck in hand until relatively late, and this deck avoids that problem completely. Your Parliament is also just much larger in general, which makes it a more powerful tool to take control of the game.
The deck has a fairly straightforward gameplan: play 1-2 Masks early, then play a lot of cards that draw more cards and gain life, then win at some point with Tormentors from Masks or with owls from Parliament.
A few notes on using your merchants: The first one should always get Mask if you don't have a Mask yet, and getting a second Mask is usually good as well. The second merchant should get Parliament against most decks without Harsh Rule, since 3-4 owls is good enough to at least buy you lots of time. Against decks with Harsh Rule, you often want to get Temporal before Parliament and then just kill them in one swing with ambush owls. If you already have a lot of power and are light on things to do with it, then Moondial is a good way to avoid running out of cards and can be a good first step before worrying about getting Temporal/Parliament. You have enough card draw that you can easily hope to see 3-4 merchants in a longer game, and Tormentors can win the game even if you don't end up setting up Parliament. Finally, Disjunction can buy back a destroyed Mask (which will remember how much power it grants) or can destroy annoying enemy relics.
The main weakness of this deck is relic removal, especially Bore and Passage of Eons. It is possible that 1-2 of the Visages should be replaced with other cards (e.g. a second End of the Story) to make these cards less punishing, since the Visages are only decent anyway.
This deck doesn't need more defense against relic removal, this deck needs to stop being the fun police. :(
Also, you don't feel in need of any relic weapon?
