---------revised 22/03/08------
I have revised my original list according to pal's suggestion and tested it. I think the revised version is better than the original one. The power base is more stable, which is very important in gauntlet. The play style becomes more aggressive, and you finish AI opponents faster.
I have reached 15 streak complete runs (which means 105-0) with the revised deck so far. Usually win during turn 7-11.
Game tip:
turn 1: you sometimes save your Darkwater Vines for plunder or market, due to the opponent. For some opponents, Darkwater Vines is useless, and you should recycle this card.
turn 2: you use Vara's Favor to kill opponent's creature, or use Dinosaur Nest, or Exploit and plunder for power.
turn 3: you play a depleted power and play Vine Grafter, or Exploit, or save power for Send an Agent in the opponents' turn.

I have reached 13 streak complete runs (which means 91-0) with this deck so far.
The idea of this deck is designed around ``defeat all gauntlet bosses stably.'' For this purpose, I decided to give up
Alhed Ascending,
Twinned Spiteling, and
Xumucan, the Surveyor. All of them are very strong cards in Time heavy Xenan midrange decks. However, they don't help you in some boss fights.
The reason for choosing 2S2T influences is that I want a turn 1
Darkwater Vines and/or a turn 2
Vine Grafter to defend Charge, Decay and Double Damage bosses, especially the last one. Turn 1
Darkwater Vines really helps a lot in dealing with
Champion of Fury and
Infernus. Remember: you don't use them to attack since the boss has
Bandit Queen. Also remember: the Charge boss has
Shogun of the Wastes.
Vara's Favor also helps in killing their turn1/2 drops and gives you a card advantage.
Saloon Massacre is also great in defending Decay boss.
Besides,
Huntmaster Vikrum punishes Highly Skilled, All Five Color, and 2 Power per Turn bosses hardly by stealing their big creatures.
Azindel, Mastermind is also (almost always) stronger than
Moonstone Vanguard by not getting killed in the next turn after he is summoned.
You will get less power screwed (almost always 4 powers at turn 4), but also slower Saloon Massacre if it is needed. I have tested the resulting deck, and it preformed also good in gauntlet grinding.
