Another deck build based off a tweaked version of a budget build by Hexxen. His original decklist can be located at https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/akw8aZE_bYY/budget-relic-swarm.

As I was looking over this deck and preparing to post it I had a thought that I should switch Xumuc Coercion for Coveted Gemstone. Sometimes you can get stuck on power and not be able to do enough, plus it hits every card in the market and can also trigger Rat Cage or be used as fodder for Lethrai Lobotomy if necessary. I found Oblivion Spike very useful if you were expecting a board wipe after a big attack. Amber Ring I found it useful against removal piles to just keep playing things out.

Thoughts on Lethrai Courtier? I find that it's usually the mvp of any relic deck that has xenan colors since it can provide an insane amount of value for just a common 2-drop.

Tough call, it could be good, but really hard to squeeze in. At a glance, I would swap Prism Stone for it. Upside over Prism Stone is more ramp/deck thinning so less likely to hit dead draws. The downside is you could fail to hit the cost requirements early enough for it to be useful.
