Messenger Hawk Static Bolt and Elysian Trailblazer are the MVP's

Let's say you shuffle in an echoed Static Bolt with Messenger Hawk and it had 7 damage. It will come back with 30 something damage when you redraw it. Not sure if its a bug or its mechanics.

Don't worry about putting echo on the wrong spell because by the time you can play Trailblazer, you can easily set up an echoed Static Bolt. You will end most matches before 7 power thanks to messenger anyway.

Playing 28 spells you probably would like to have Tundra Explorer. Also i would consider playing Boltcrafter Shaman, it does almost the same as Elysian Trailblazer but cost less, has better stats and in controllable manner. I would play 2 of each storms and consider playing Lightning Strike. Also Read the Stars vs Strategize.
Anyway really good deck as it is right now.
