If you play Primal spells besides Channel the Tempest, Eilyn + Snowball will not always fetch Channel the Tempest. Lightning Strike and Eilyn's Choice have play conditions, so they will not be pulled by Eilyn.

How does Eilyn work with the fast spells? If it plays a random spell, does that randomness ignore the spells which would have no target (Eilyn's choice + Lightning Strike)?
