Let's test
Maveloft Huntress recursion.
The key idea here is to have the huntress repeatedly do suicidal killer attacks, and bring it back with
Memory Dredger. If you can do that, it's already massive value, but it can be made even better when you have:
Preyfinder - draw a card each time you use killer
Spiritweaver - gives huntress killer attacks lifesteal if you imbue with something with at least 3 attack
Tasbu, the Forbidden - more card draw if huntress dies when using killer
Other thoughts on this deck:
- with all the extra card draw potential, you can plunder aggressively
- it's important to try to keep the skies clear so
Memory Dredger can work, so prioritize removal for those targets
-
Devour priority should be to protect
Memory Dredger from a
Turn to Seed, then sacrificing huntress if she did not die from a killer attack, then sacrificing chump blockers
-
From Below is in the market for when it transmutes into
Plasma Primordial, which generates a new killer each turn and is in general a very nasty card
-
Stealth Strike is fantastic removal tool for a Feln deck, and with the heavy shadow focus in this build we can get deadly pretty reliably
-
Royal Decree can be swapped for another 2 cost unit or for
Tome of Horrors, this still needs testing
I built this mainly to test some ideas, and did most of my testing in Gauntlet, with very limited testing in Throne (with mixed results). I think the issue with running this in Throne is it's a little slow and some of the pieces are too easy to disrupt.
