Information

Play onis and use your market card to seal the game! Your goal should be to go wide and use your fast spells to force through attackers. Pauper onis got quite a few tools in recent sets such as inoa’s fury acting as a fire faction rapid shot and reliable troops making us feel a bit safer when keeping 2 power hands. Budget market options include cards like cloud of ash, autotread, oni battledriver, shogun’s scepter and hanaka loremaster.

Nice deck.
I gotta ask, maybe I just don't see it, but how do you access the market? I see that every pauper deck has high value market, but I don't see how to access it.
Thanks.

Hey! The market for this current Pauper event is different from the core rules of using grafters, merchants, etc. At the start of each match, you get 1 card of the 5 you entered in the market into your opening hand and that's it. For the rest of a single match, the markets close without access. So best to fill up the market with 5 cards of which any feels like a proper bomb/win condition. So any of them is a boon to get at random.

Ah, didn't know that.
Thanks a bunch for clarification.
