Inquisitor's Blade with Mastery is my new favorite thing, because I get a lot of "Are you kidding me?"s, which is how I rate whether or not a deck is successful enough to be in public where people can mistakenly craft it.
The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.

You can't afford to be a turn behind because of depleted or inadequate power, given how fast the deck expects to run. Ensuring that your first two hands will have the same active power density without Seek requires putting in enough additional power to increase probability of flooding in the mid-late game when you need gas.
Good call on Pristine Light, I'll give it a shot and report back. I think you can manage without Akko but he's just a solid craft, and he gets the full mastery off about as often as I can find an Inquisitor's Blade to put on him.
ok, lets see, shen-ra cant equip weapons, you have 9, almos 17 if you count the exalted, 8 onis, almost no removal , ,,, how this posibly work? with luck?
Shen-Ra is invulnerable during your turn, which is pretty okay with an early Oathbook, sustains utility into the midgame, and generally demands a quick answer--which means she also often protects your other Mastery units to some degree. Not every card in a deck has to synergize for the deck to work; sometimes good units are just good units.
Also I'm surprised you put in vanquish instead of Pristine Light. Being able to replay all of your stuff with exalted sounds hilarious.
That said, my decks never work. Ask anyone.
