I have tried out different variants of Messenger Hawk and Static Bolt and this is the one that works best (13 to 9 on Diamant 2). Youre primary plan is to copy Static Bolt with Messenger Hawk and to draw a bunch of cards after this to get consistently huge Bolts. The rest of the deck mainly consists of lifesteal and board control cards.
If you dont draw a Static bolt you can also copy something good like Haunting Scream or Vara, Vengeance-Seeker. Copying Scream is especially good, if you have at least one Gorgon Fanatic in your hand or graveyard.
