Finally A Consistent Spire List

So I love shadow spire, but decks that play it have always had consistency issues, but finally I’ve made a deck that wins games consistently even when it doesn’t play spire. Let’s break it down.
Logistics Expert/Open Way Supplier- manadorks that are free after spire, both help us early and have value late game.
Temple Scribe/Temple Looter- nice card draw and good at slowing down the more aggressive decks.
Etchings/merchant/smuggler- 12 ways into the market is my go to for spire lists, I don’t see a reason to fix something ain’t broke
Eager Offering- free after spire, draws cards and combos wonderfully with Burden, it’s one of the weaker cards in the list overall and can be replaced if there’s something else you really feel you need.
Vikrum- our primary spot removal, honestly this is the most suspect pick in the deck imo, it can be insane but also can be very clunky, I’ve questioned if I wouldn’t prefer banish in the spot, y’all let me know what you think.
Brood of Hecaton- now we get into the new cards that drive this deck, brood is insane in this list. It’s 1cost 4/5 lifesteal after spire, it draws cards, it hard bricks aggressive decks, it combos with burden, honestly the printing of this card has done so much for the spire archetype.
Riftfeeder Wasp- our other new inclusion, this card is broken, even when it dies immediately it still does a ton, and we can recur it multiple times with this deck keeping the empower buffs. I can’t imagine that this card will go another patch without a nerf so enjoy it while you can
Hive Queen Uther- stabilizes so hard against aggro and is absurd after spire. Only 3 of as we don’t ever need more than one to win.
Xenan Adept- I love this card, it will win the game if not answered immediately and it allows us to recur all the broken things we’re doing, insane in multiples that recur eachother in grinding games.

Market:
Shadow Spire- duh
Recovery- I think this card could be replaced if there’s something else you want to play, it’s basically just and extra Xenan Adept, which is good, I mostly like it cuz it’s fast and cheap.
Send an Agent- just a versatile removal spell, I’m happy to have it when I need it.
Grodovs Burden- kind of our secondary engine in the deck, if you don’t get access to your market in the first 4 turns you might consider grabbing this over spire depending on how developed your board is.
Gnash- combos with burden and hoses some matchups. If you’ve played time markets in gauntlet you’ve probably played Gnash.

Anyway that’s it, let me know what you think
GL and happy grinding!

How is this deck with the latest expansion and new gauntlet decks? I’m about to use 12k shift stone on it but just wanted to make sure it still is viable. A bit on the fence as it seems spire shadows will be nerfed, but who knows.

I just posted my new spire list, I think it’s way better than this one.

Thanks, I'll have to check out the new deck. I actually went ahead and made this current deck and out of ~50 or so runs I've gone 7/7 on 43 out of the 50. However, I was still learning how to pilot the deck at the beginning, so I've gotten way better at it. I really like it because there's a lot of interactions with the deck that I've learned over time such as Huntsmaster on an endurance enemy will allow to me attack on the same turn, abusing Grodov and Hecaton's ability with Killer, and always seeing what temple scribe draws me and not "ending turn" ASAP.

The "god" hand for me is:

turn 1: logistics expert
turn 2 (3 power): auralian merchant, market spire shadows
turn 3 (5 power): cast spire shadows and eager offering

turn 1 logistics expert is so good (especially against the aggressive decks), I tried adding in some initiates of the sand, but dropped them as I was drawing too many duds late game.

It's pretty much insta win if I have that set-up though. I've only lost to drawing into all my high cost cards on mulligan vs super aggressive decks. Once this deck starts rolling, I find it near impossible to lose. Thanks for the deck and I will check out your new deck once I grind up enough shiftstone.

Cool Deck Idea and im gonna try Out a list designed for PvP but i'm Not Sold in the gauntlet consistency. I've lost against scrycrag Blitz! I played way too much gaunt in the past and have played countless Games against all the AI Decks. Scrycrag Blitz ist one of the very few Decks i have NEVER lost to.

Eremot's Machinations is also a very good market card in Spire Shadows decks.

Yeah I’ll give it a shot

I exchanged Gnash to Supply relic in my market. I often find it better than Grodov's Burden. Also removed 2 Xenan adepts in favor of Arach. When running in gauntlet, I exchange Recovery for a Scarf relic to deal with the pesky flyers.
