This is a variation on a storm deck in which you try to play a lot of draw spells through having two Tamarys out in play and then capitalize on it somehow. My choice of capitalization? A big stick in the form of Staff of the Arch-Magister, which is regularly a 20/20 weapon for 5. Naturally, I tried to put other win conditions in here too through Rizahn, Xo, Howling Peak, and Plate.

This is not a tier 1 deck by any means, but it does win games and I have fun while playing it. It's especially fun to start a chain of 0 cost draw cards and then have your opponent concede just because.

I also made a variation with shadow instead of justice using Vara. Both are fun, this is just the decklist I decided to post (though happy to post the other if anyone wants. Tamarys is fun and the longer the game is out, the better she gets.

This is a sweet shell! I put together a list inspired by this one but running Time instead of Justice, for Moment of Creation in the market, Brenn instead of Hojan, Equivocate instead of Vanquish, and Display of Intellect. It's been feeling really good so far.
