This is a post-nerf version of the stonescar list lv13david used to top 8 the last ets ManuScar. The only real changes I made were the Suffocates and Champion of Chaoses .
Suffocate is just for Unseen Commando and possibly more stonescar if it pops up post nerf.
I think this is the deck to play right now, and hope more people try it!

What would some budget versions of the legendaries be? I need to start crafting them as they're in a log of decks I want to play, but I don't have the full amount needed for 8 legendaries.

To play this exact version, you need all the legends. What i would suggest is to craft the queens to play stonescar aggro, then play this deck when you get the highwaymen
