A deck im working on that i feel works more to counter a lot of decks in the meta, using rain of frogs and gift to mess up late game decks, and lower curve cost cards to compete with aggro decks.
I am running into problems with fliers and aegis units, but the large amount of deadly units works well against praxis and other big boy unit decks.
Removed midnight gale for a 4th black-sky (ohitsmulligan recommended). Marionette cross has good stats for 3, so im running it, however, its weakness prevents me from having more than 2 or 3 and its also influence heavy.
In cold blood is great for those big rakano decks, and feeding time is great against scream teacher decks and other recurring threats.
Steward of the past also helps with recurring threats.
Ive gotten some insta concedes with playing gift on those TJP, decks (using vara's favor to pop aegis) assuming they dont have any cards that bring attachments from the void or attachment hate cards.
Jotun feast-caller is all around great, especially if it gets with with warcries of the ripknife.
I feel vara is underrated, if she sticks on board, you can get great value from her.
