The deck ultilizes 12 Strategize type effects including Strategize, Torgov's Wares and Catalyze to create plenty of card draw abusing echo cards like Unstable Form and Accelerated Evolution, as well as the Power Burst that Powercell creates.

The 3 sets of aforementioned cards all get rid of 1 card and draw 2 cards, making it a relatively cheap recycle effect. The ultimate from Tomb of the Azuremage can ping your opponent for more than 20 points of damage, as long as you remove their face aegis, and that is the main finisher of the deck apart from unit beatdown.
