I'm honestly surprised by how strong this deck feels. Started off as a way to build around golem, but then I decided to add more combo pieces. Peaked at rank 3 of masters last month.
Core deck choices:
The main combos is reweaving a 2-drop into auric reclaimer while a sword of the skykingis in your void to get a fast 8/8 weapon. You can do it about half the time by turn 5 or 6, but even if you don't get out a fast sword you can grind out the late-game by playing giant relic weapon into giant relic weapon. Obviously the times you do get like a turn 3 sword, the game pretty much ends.
Sporefolk and chairman's contract help mill cards into your void, while back-alley delinquent can get a sword out of your hand and help protect against relic hate.
Even handed golem another key component of the deck. It's a two drop to sack and really helps dig for combo pieces. You can also search for a golem with reweave, which is great against slow decks like hooru.
Last chance is also great, usually grabbing a golem for extra draw, but it can also get reclaimer for more giant swords, or vara for lifegain. Plus with all the milling in the deck, you usually have good options.
Other choices card:
You're playing shadow, so 4 Vara, Vengeance-Seeker is a given. Stormhalt knife and Nullblade are back-up relics that you can reclaim, plus they're good against aggro and reanimator respectively.
Removal can be altered based on what you expect to play against, although desecrate is so powerful I'd imagine you'd always want 4. Avigraft is mostly for hooru to shutdown Svetia's Sactum, but it also gives you outs against token strategies.
Other Tech choices
Memory Dredger: Cool card to get back your golems, but its body was just too small and it died just too easily.
Regent's tomb: great against slower deck, but I thought the hooru matchup was already good enough, and its pretty bad against aggro.
End of the Story: Seemed too slow, but may help the paraxis matchup.
Matchups:
Stonescar: I think this is actually a pretty good matchup surprisingly. I thought it would be tough because of all the burn they have for you relics, but the decks is mostly about playing haymaker units, which you can pick off with spot removal early, then start two-for-oneing them with weapons in late game. Relic weapons also act as life gain, plus if they don't answer your Vara you pretty much win. Highway man can be annoying if the charge in and kill your weapon, but your two drops can often block it. Eclipse dragon is the scariest card, so hopefully you'll have an annihilate for it.
Hooru Control: A pretty favorable matchup as well. If you get an early sword, they pretty much have to vision it asap or you'll just kill them. Svetia sactum is the scariest card they have, so sabotage it or save your avigraft for one its tokens to shut it off. As long as sanctum doesn't kill you, you should be able to just smack them with giant weapons.
Praxis: This can be a tough matchup. They have a bunch of charge units for your weapons, heart can out value you, Tocan shuts down reweave, and darya can kill you out of nowhere. If you don't get off an early sword, your best bet is to one-for-one them until you get a vara down that they can't answer.
Jenev: Much easier matchup than paraxis. They're just a lot slower, with a lot less charge. Zal-chi is probably their scariest card, but you also have to play around their displays and kaleb's choice.
Mono-Fire: So much charge. This matchup is all about vara, so just pray you draw her. Knife is pretty nice too.
Edit: Spoiler alert I lost after clearing his 4th 8/8 weapon and he proceeded to play the 3rd Sword of the Sky King.
