Kerendon Shift

Based on getting shift effects like Ghar and Vishni early with a bit of market/draw hate from Teacher and Andrik. I feel like the Power base could use some work but I can't figure out how to change it. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Might put Azindel Revealed in the market for a nice top end.
