Hooru Control
Units mostly 2 for 1 opponent's units (Aegis/do something when comes to play)
Winchest Merchant - to get access to citywide ban mostly. (Citywide ban is only good against control & sometimes midrange. dead card against aggro, hence in the market.)
Shelterwing Rider - is just a good all round card. Blocks 4 attack minions early game. Good against aggro even when deactivated, is a huge wall.
Sheriff Marley - is mainly for against removal piles and a filler with power sink
Jotun Feast Caller - The glass cannon. Probably if you have other better recommendations, could swap 2 of this.
Throne Warden - Mainly anti aggro/control. Aegis=mostly eats 1.5 or 2 of your opponent's cards. Armor for staff mainly, option for runehammer.
Tstrike Dragons - generally good against Icaria/titan. With echo=2 units. Eats 2 opponent's real removal cards for your 1 card.
Eilyn - Finisher, silence dawnwalkers mainly.
Citywide Ban for control/midrange matchups - Ban icaria, channels, tavgods, carnosaurs, chalice
Vision of Austerity - Bans obelisk, weapons(Runehammers), VIsage, chalice, counter enemy's ban, gift
(Usually people will play 1 relic removal in market. You could play around it with 2 cards that bans a relic.)
Eye of Winter - Force opponent to commit to board and sweep with hailstorm/harsh rule. Bad against aggro.
Runehammer - Mostly 2 for 1 removing early/mid game units. Cleanly clears any X/4 units. Bad against tokens.
Channels - Best card in the game imo.
Deck is weak against fast aggro. Hailstorm will increase your chance of winning significantly. Get to 5 power to stabilize.
25 power + 6 power search + 1 merchant power + 8 card draws. High chance for 5 power drop turn 5 without missing a power drop.
Protect the Staff for victory !
