MAIN DECK
This deck is based around the new, incredibly fun, Shadow of the Spire card
Vorlunk Corps.
The card's strength is it's invulnerability when attacking, so to get the most out of it we combined with
Dying Sun Tapestry to keep the gas going. Cheat it out with an Avigraft suite, and one-offs of
Adjudicator's Gavel for the recursion matchups and
Electrostatic Distortion for the armory matchups.
Parul's Choice being CRITICAL for tutoring these cards or giving
Vorlunk Corps and the following cards fast aegis against burn.
Shen-Ra, Unbreakable is not essential but is basically Vorlunk Corps in a smaller/quicker package. If you're able to get her out turn 1 followed by a cheated
Dying Sun Tapestry turn 2 you are in a great place.
Aali, Champion of Kodosh puts in solid work as well from the synergy with Tapestry. Giving her the +1/1 and Aegis on top of that from Paru's Choice will give her flying. Her silence effect the answer we look for those pesky units with passive abilities.
Hooru Pacifier is great as well, shutting out all weapon matchups including Exalted abilities!!! Had to cut one down to include
Strange Rider to help tutor for our relics. His exhaust ability is also very nice with Tapestry since you can use it on him without having him do that first attack.
Touch of Purity is great to put on Shen-Ra and the rest of the 3 drops and Vorlunk in hand. It is a critical piece of this deck for stabilizing against the aggro matchup.
To capitalize off the of cursed relics we have the
Permafrost /
Archgryffyn Patriarch suite, and the inclusion of
Forbidden-Rider Outcast who also has a small chance to get Tapestry out for free with
Curse of Loneliness.
Inflict Conscience is a flex spot and while I haven't gotten much use out of it yet, I like the removal option and how it keeps Parul's Choice open in late game.
--------
MARKET
Vision of Austerity for relic removal and Tapestry
Vanquish for spot removal
Tainted Mark for card draw, Tapestry, and good with the invulnerable cards
Kodosh Sees All Flex Spot, late game win-con. Could replace with
Harsh Rule
Crownwatch Standard for early game power fixing and stabilizing off of the health gain.
Let me know what you all think! Would love to hear what cards you try out with this deck.
