ChOrd Wipe

I happened across LightsOutAce's ChOrd Control while trying to find a way to make Champion of Order playable; I then iteratively modified it into this suboptimal pile because I am bad at card games.

Basically the point of the deck is to live long enough to drop a Champion of Order with PPPPP and Protect up, because making people concede to Champion of Order is hilarious

I took out the relic weapons because I wanted to try out Hooru Pacifier and turning my topdecked Runehammers and Staffs into card disadvantage felt pretty bad. I'm not sold on Eilyn's Choice; might try replacing it with Rain of Frogs or Unseal. I should probably be running Celestial Omen but I have no idea what to take out for it.
