Glad to hear about another fellow Rat Cage enthusiast xd. I generally market for him when I'm up against Fire aggro that utilizes 1 hp units. It can also be an effective grab against Hojan/Icaria t2 from Kiru. There are also instances where you will have multiple market cards and/or a Pitfall Trap in play where you can make use of the extra cards.
