I was messing around with an earlier version of this I saw him playing a couple of days ago (about the same with no Eilyn). Waystone Titan is one of the more fun cards around right now the deck seems more or less on par with the other Peaks decks.

I'm not sure if running without Hailstorm is really the right call but he seems to be making it work.

I don't think Hailstorm is particularly good right now. The aggro decks all have a plethora of Charge and Aegis units diminishing the effectiveness of Hailstorm. It also conflicts with the curve when you typically want to be playing Merchants and Wisdom.
