Information

Standard sentinel deck, I guess, with dragons to smooth the curve and ramp up. What's not sentinels or dragons is either an explorer (ramping) or a merchant (also ramping). Deck can occasionally be slow, and that's what torches, chars and interventions are for. Results have been solid, although I have only played about 10 runs, 9 of which I got to the gauntlet boss (won 6). Not great against the really fast bosses (double damage and charge bosses), but good against the slower ones (especially the bond one).
Eight merchants to get the Mysterium Orb, and something else (usually Novaquake Titan, which ends the game). Stirring Sand is the least pulled card, but it has proved itself enough times that I don't think I'll change it. I haven't had any problems with the power base, but it's a work in progress. Let me know your opinions.

Edit. Kept testing the deck, and I am happier and happier with the results. Getting to the boss is almost guaranteed. After that, it's a coin toss (slightly in your favour though).

Edit 2: Still refining. Bought the last Tocas and swapped it for one of the wakers of the agents. Also changed a few fire sigils for it's waystone counterparts. The second change was in order to get more cards for the market, or more chump blockers (depending on the matchup). So far, changes have been good.
BTW, trying the site in the market instead of the orb. I found the orb to be a ""win more"" kind of card, but which required you to have relevant cards on your hand (which, sometimes, against all odds, doesn't happen). Site does soething similar (ramping), does not require you to have played explorers, and gets you a unit by the third turn. Still testing it. Let me know what you think about the changes.

Edit 3. Feeling like this is the last update. Changed arcanum for xenan obelisk, and it feels right. Arcanum was too conditional (I felt): you needed units in the board (that had to benefit from deadly), and you still needed to draw something big (more than just merchants and 2/3 power drops, which happened enough times that it was an issue). Obelisk allows to keep the pressure up with just the merchants, or to stall better while you wait for something more impactful to turn up.

Great deck. I try it with few changes: - 4 Trail Maker - 3 Talir's Intervention - 2 char - 1 Fire Sigil - 2 Time Sigil + 4 Amber Acolyte + 3 Xenan Initiation (aegis) + 2 Flame Blast + 1 Granity Waystone + 2 Amber Waystone. After 5 gauntlet runs i think Waker of Ancients is bad in this deck. Without Mysterium Orb you will take alot to ramp and make she playable. I never have the chance to use Stirring Sand from the Market. Maybe Scorpion Wasp could be a good replace x aegis and some bosses.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try your changes and tell you my experience. In a premature analysis, I'm a bit reluctant to add the xenan initiations, instead of char and Talir intervention, because the decks which might be troublesome are the ones with either lots of removal (that greatly hamper your ramping abilities) or ones that go wide and are really aggresive, and I feel killer is not good against those particular matchups (not saying I won't try the changes, mind you). The addition of the wasp is something I'll consider seriously, as it is true that stirring sand is the least pulled card from the market by far (though I have pulled it out a few times, and in those times it was the only possible card that could turn the game around). Why would you change trail maker for amber acolyte though? trail maker is great for those 2-power-in-starting-hand games, when you REALLY need to get to 3 power to play your merchant (and get the banner), and it also helps fixing your influence.

Trail Maker dies so easy. And this make me lose the +1 maximum power. Amber Acolyte also make 1 less card in your deck. You don't want draw power anyway. Fire Blast win alot of games with this Deck. I choose it instead of Char. Xenan Initiation is great x Flying and Aegis. Also it really kill some units. Because Talir Intervention dont kill (unless you silence some units like a flying). And is great to combo with Sandstorm Titan (because of Endurance). Also Xenan Initiation + Talir Intervention can kill 2 enemy units. I normally use this deck in a defense way. I normally win almost every game after bond Novaquake Titan and attack or deal 10+ damage with a single fire blast.
