Corrupted Queen

Hey Cookout fans! What's more fun than casting Maul for lethal? How about casting your OPPONENT'S Maul for lethal?

Go-wide decks are good in a format where no one is running Hailstorm, aggro burn decks are REALLY GOOD when you're drawing two cards per turn and your opponent might randomly lose 5 to 10 life to firebombs, and I wanted Shadow for access to Corrupt because it does EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT in the Cookout meta: It lets you dome Nightmaul players with their own Maul, protects your out-of-market Factory Quota from any Xenan Lifeforce variants running Banish, and is, at WORST, a Torch stapled to a Protect against any deck running Fire Sigils (and sometimes it's a Protect stapled to a FLAME BLAST).

All of this adds up to Rally Queen with 4 maindeck Corrupts.

Corrupt tip: You pay any additional costs for corrupted spells, so remember to keep some extra power free to pump into a corrupted Flame Blast if you suspect your opponent might be about to try to burn you out.

Mulligan strategy: As with most burn queen decks, try to have a one drop, a two drop, and undepleted shadow and fire influence to play them in your opening hand. The nice thing about this event is that you are way less punished if you mull to 6 because of the extra draw, so be aggressive.
