A set 2 revamp of SirRhino's old Aggro Strangers list. The main changes are dumping Forsworn Stranger and Dark Return for Champ of Fury and Vadius. While Champ and Vadius strain the influence requirements somewhat, the 2nd Primal for champ isn't incredibly important, so the power may be too favored towards primal.
