This version doesn't play Excavator garbage for the OTK and instead plays the whole deck and draws up to 12 cards, Reclaimers the void, and then replays the deck as needed. You can often do all of that with counter backup from Display of Instinct or go off instantly with Resurface -> Treasure Trove.
