I'm running more deadly units in place of Twilight Hunt, plus Azindel as a big threat, and some better shadow options in the market.
The changes are mostly about making Divining Rod highroll more, but Umbren Reaper deserves a special mention. It's fetchable off Mitotic Wisp and enables the combo to kill in one turn. Lumen Defender is nice as a searchable immediate life gain and a good defensive body.
I often ran into trouble when I wanted to get a proactive threat with Kerendon Merchant and there wasn't a good enough target for Grasping at Shadows.

Hey, TiltingFunctor/BeebyBackRibs here. Glad you liked the deck! I have waffled back and forth on Vara number 4 in the past, and I think you're probably correct to add it and go more all in on the Divining Rod plan. Cutting all the Twilight Hunts seems very dependant on opponents not running any must kill threats, but it's probably correct in the current meta. I'm a bit more skeptical about the Umbren Reaper, since it's super hard to lose if you're able to combo anyways. I'm very attached to the Grasp in the market to set up the combo, but if you're determined to replace it with a unit, I would definitely go with Slimesplitter Slug to shore up the deck's big weakness to fliers.
I have sometimes missed having the extra removal from Twilight Hunts, but I would definitely go to 4 Scorpion Wasp before running any. The quantity of removal is definitely something to keep an eye on.
Umbren Reaper is a bit of a fun slot for me. Going off into 5+ Reaper triggers is just something I can't resist. It's been relevant when I'm going off without double Unraveler, sacrificing units to board space.
I made the market swap away from Grasp after multiple games of having Kerendon, not being able to find a threat, and stalling out. Slug is probably a better idea, I have felt the flying problem.
