new card guidelines:
try to sandbag a curve for post trove play (so, keep cards that can start a 1-2-3 cost chain)
the trove only plays one spell even if theres multiple simultaneous units (so if you play shifted auralian infestation, it wont give you 2 spells even tho the scorpions arrived at the same time)
try to be flexible in deckbuilding (link costs together by having cards that can trigger the trove many times, or cards that are trove triggers that can trigger the trove later, or a second less developped trove)
examples included: infestation is a 1 cost trove reward that acts as a 1 cost trove trigger
Kato is a 2 cost trove trigger that plays a 1 cost trove trigger, and when he dies his shade is another 2 cost trove trigger that plays another 1 cost trove trigger
assembly line is a 3 cost trove reward that acts as a 1 cost trove trigger
Pesky Seedling is a 3 cost trove trigger and so is its shade
wurmcalling is a 3 cost trove reward that gives you two 5 cost trove triggers
Criva is a 4 cost trove trigger that plays a 1 cost trove trigger (has the benefit of being reusable)
and perhaps the most important card in the deck is Marisen's Disciple, which acts as a 1, 2 3 and 4 cost trove trigger with playr agency and often triggers multiple troves in play simultaneously even if they are at different progression points
