I love Stonescar just as much as you. My list is pretty similar, except I don't play:
Tenebrous Bonepicker - at best it is a 3/2 that triggers Nightfall, and that's not great.
Twilight Lantern - I think the nerf killed this card, because it is a 2/3 even with Nighfall.
Karrina, Embercaster - I can't really fault you for playing this card, it's just that I don't want to play more than 4 4 power cards, and the Bow is just too powerful.

Instead, I play:

Skullhaven Tinker - it is very hard to block, and the prowess ability brings back virtually all of your creatures.
Skullmarket Delivery - some good players argue that the Deliveries aren't good in aggro, and they may be right, but I really like having this cards as a flex spot.
Reusable Femur - this card is so good, and I love having more answers to Lida
Feed the Hecaton - Playing this as a 2 for 1 is just bonkers, and it can remove virtually any card.

I will try some of your ideas to see how they shake out.

I love the idea of Skullhaven Tinker. Do you have means beyond Reusable Femur and Ossuar Longbow to trigger renown on him?

Hope it works well for you! Yeah personally I just like to hit face and so I elect not to go the market route but I’m sure you can find some good value in having one!

As you may be able to see from my own Stonescar deck, I've come around to your thinking and I don't play any market cards in the deck anymore. If Stonescar had a better mana base, it would unquestionably be the best aggro deck.
