Do you even mill?

Low budget deck built for Gauntlet, but I've been doing well with this on Throne as well.

Card choices:
Icaria, First Reaper - too good to not include in a deck that runs shadow. However including her means having to go very heavy on shadow, so this deck is basically mono-shadow with a light primal splash.
Evenhanded Golem - many of the standard primal cards in a mill deck - Permafrost, Wisdom of the Elders, Turn to Seed are odd cost cards, so cutting down on primal means we can run with only even. The one card I miss most here is Savage Incursion, but being able to use Icaria more consistently is well worth it.
Vara, Vengeance-Seeker - aegis is annoying for both milling and removal, and Gauntlet AI makes some interesting decisions on Vara summons. Running her does mean having to cut Darktalon Wyvarch, which honestly isn't a big loss for this deck.
Silverblade Menace - strong enough synergy with milling to justify picking this over Eremot, Mindsplitter.
In Cold Blood - fantastic for dealing with some of the big threats in Gauntlet. For Throne, can replace with other removal.
