I tried out the Mill Station deck and found myself always upset at the power situation. Power was constantly depleted, but the deck had no crests. Justice was only a splash, but cards didn't seem worth the inconsistency. The logical solution to my complaints was to go stonescar.

This deck has been extremely solid for me and a ton of fun to play. I've won games without Black Iron Manacles, but it's always more fun when I have it. People have been playing a lot of card draw so it works well. It also holds up well against reanimator thanks to the Heartstoppers.

I've only tried this build out 6 times so far, but have gone 5-1 and every game has been fun.

Cool deck! When I tried it out, it folded really hard to aggro, especially Skycrag Aggro, and sites felt pretty bad to play against. Midrange wasn't much better, but the control matchup felt decent. My win rate was still awful (something like 6-12). I thought Black Iron Manacles in the market in place of Deathstrike felt pretty good, for consistency's sake, and I swapped Azindel's Gift for Devastating Setback thinking that might shore of the aggro matchup but never really got a chance to cast it.

Thanks for the comment! When I first started playing this Garden of Omens just came out and my meta was absolutely flooded with control. I did win some games against aggro, but was seeing a lot less skycrag aggro in the meta too. Manacles is a good choice for the market.

I don't think the deck is great in the current meta and I'm not playing it right now, but I had a ton of fun with it. Thanks again for the comment!
