to trigger bolster by gaining 1 shield during the end phase in case you don't draw cards that make you gain life. Remember that bolster triggers with gaining life or shield.

Yeah, I knew that; the purpose of the question was mainly to see whether you just wanted it for the armor gain or for valkyries spawn. I guess I got my answer. Maybe some Ageless Knight procs along with this card could give you some more value I guess.
