The meta is pretty reasonable for big Time decks, and this list can go over the top of other mid-range lists. It's basically Big Combrei with a "WHOOPS COMBOOOOO" top end. The Great Parliament is a flex card, and can be swapped out for a Talir, Who Sees Beyond and pretty much whatever else you want in those 2 slots. Combrei Emissary is a popular choice, but you can totally decide based on what you are facing.
