Hey guys, just wanted to share my latest brew! The goal of this deck is pretty self-explanatory - get out Daggerclaw Howler as soon as possible and nail your opponent with a 4-attack MONSTER. Oh what’s that? Turn 3 a little too late? Get ready for Turn 2 concedes when you cheat out a Daggerclaw using our maximum power boosters!

Also, if 4 Daggerclaw Howlers weren’t enough…why not add 12 more?? I’ve added 12 merchants to this deck, which can all fetch our alternate wincon - a 4/1 Lethrai Memory-Keeper! Although slightly underpowered compared to the Daggerclaw, it’s accessibility more than makes up for any shortcomings. With the recent nerf to Jotun Hurler, this deck is extremely well positioned. Wouldn’t be surprised to see something like this hit the upcoming Worlds tourney.

Sorry for the misleading title, I meant to type I’m on the way to Masters this season - currently around Bronze II (I keep getting matched with Silver III GODS, so a bit stuck atm). Good luck anyone who decides to run this beast of a list!

For decks like this i wish there was a meme tag. As someone not OG in Eternal, i was heavily confused to why this deck is good and why it was being upvoted.
The only thing that helped me were the comments....
I can't imagine what a person even newer to Eternal would think/do. This might be funny to you guys but it can actually be really harmful to new players.

I think even new players can understand a vanilla 4/1 for 3 is bad and a 12-merchant deck with only one card in the market is a joke

You are both overestimating new players and underestimating how unfunny this kind of stuff is, especially when this gets tagged as a masters deck and gets updated far above actual decks.

The only, and I mean the only way this deck can improve is to add Replication Cell to create an endless supply of Daggerclaw Howler

This is definitely a powerful combination for a “go late, go wide” strategy. Could be very powerful if removal piles/sweepers are in flavor.

In my experience, opponents will normally blow a Harsh Rule (or two) just to kill a single Daggerclaw Howler. The immediate threat is enough for them to blow their entire hand (or just concede) in most situations. I’ll be curious to face your recursion version when we meet on ladder! (bronze II 30/100 atm, the grind is REAL)

Thoughts on Voracious Fosora? It has more health than Daggerclaw and a powerful battle skill too!

Really like where your head is at - overall, Voracious Fosora is a powerful card, but it simply doesn't fit the theme/gameplan of this deck. Perhaps in certain metas, it could be the build-around of a great deck! This specific deck is VERY finely tuned around the Daggerclaw package - there's simply no substitute for this bomb. Appreciate the feedback!

Voracious Fosora is an okay card with solid stats, but Dinosaurs just don't have the tribal synergies that Direbeasts have.
