Why do you have the cargos instead of seek power? Also, what is your strategy against control? I'm running very poorly with this against slower decks that kill off all the units and then I'm out of cards. Kill all units and/or pristine light stop this deck completely. Not enough card replacement either. I'm 0-5 against Fire/Justice/Primal

Cargo can be put into market then pulled back if needed unlike Seek. For control you just don't dump your hand and try to only have 1-2 threats at a time. Xumu, Cykalis, Albon Roa, and Dawnwalker are all great against control and pulling a well timed Backlash from market usually seals the deal. You can also save Friendly Wisp for 6power where you can both play and activate the draw 2 in the same turn.
