Information

Another deck based on classic archetypes in TCGs; this time burn. Burn is an aggro deck that focuses on just saying face is the place and dealing direct damage to opponents in a race. I believe there's been enough burn cards printed to make this a viable archetype now.

I know mono-fire is also an option with Flash Fire and Shavkan Dogma, but I never really liked that deck for whatever reason. It always felt super weak if you didn't draw either card.

Stonescar gives us access to Harbinger's Bite, the huge beater Champion of Chaos, and the new promo Unstable Hellion (who unfortunately ate a nerf and depowered this deck).

Still, this deck is pretty fun and plays in a different way. You'll have to identify when to burn critters or start going face in most matchups. It's fairly budget friendly and plays fast-ish as well.

No market to prioritize redundancy and burn topdecks. Feel free to sub in a merchant to play around though.

Tried it and it’s pretty sweet, I think the hive falls is a functional upgrade to nightwatch volley tho

Hive falls can definitely be pretty good, but I'd sooner sub out Obliterate than Nightwatch volley. Hot (haha burn pun) take, but I believe Nightwatch volley and Harbinger's bite are the strongest cards in the deck. The ability to basically damage face and cantrip is huge in a deck like burn. We need redundancy and a critical mass of damage and nightfall helps with both of those. Hive falls also slightly non-bos by blowing up our flame honey's and turning off our lifegain by Harbinger's bite. If you do a market approach, it should definitely be in there

Thanks for the comment tho and glad you enjoy the deck. Happy burning :)
