[Throne] Combrei Empower Aggro

Think we finally have three playable one-drops in this archetype with the introduction of Lookout and Brushfang, which this deck has sorely lacked in previous metas. Not exactly sure if the 2-drop suite is correct, Teacher might be better than Resolute Monk. Also not so sure about the sigil/emblem split but 6 Justice Sigil seems like just enough to close out games on Beacon triggers. Valk Enforcer and Vanquish have both felt pretty awful but I'm not sure what else I'd want to swap them for yet. On the other hand, MVPs have been Beacon and Brushfang. Brushfang plays extremely well with Finest Hour for obvious reasons, but also with Be Gone since its refreshed Mastery will trigger again after one survived combat.

Edit: Just realized this is a budget list. Sweet. Mostly putting this edit here to mention that I totally blanked on Shen-Ra and she is likely the best one drop available for the archetype. Surprisingly, I'm finding myself cutting Borderlands Lookout over District Infantry to make room.
