I'm not particularly sure why this deck is doing so well. I've been ranking up with it since the end of last month. I'm currently in D2 with it and on a 13-0 run. I figured it's time to post it. Essentially, it's a ramp deck. It seems to have two game plans. First, it's a basic FTJ Recruit list with
Boar Riders,
Patrice, Your New Home, and
Druid of the Sands to spit out units to go wide.
Dran the Farmer and
Apprentice Mage and Druid are your power dorks.
Kanya, Ironthorn Envoy helps with the ramp a lot. Given how good she's been in the
85% deck, she can do similarly stupid things here. The second plan was to use
Knight-Chancellor Siraf as a power sink to generate big units. That's always hit or miss. And really, this is probably not much of a game plan at all. Siraf is a great hit off of Druid also. At 3/4, it's a decent blocker if nothing else. The better gameplan seems to be the buff plan, using Dran's ultimate to buff your units that don't have battle skills or pay 10 with Kanya. Dran's ultimate hits Dran, Mage, Druid, Kanya, and Patrice. All that power works exceptionally well with Kanya buffing the team.
The Market contains three removal (or two protection) spells.
Purify and
Lystia's Choice kind of play similar roles in doing damage, but Lystia's also can protect a unit or empty a void.
Teleport is both defensive or tempo play. Bouncing one of your opponent's units can make a difference.
Caravan Draftbeast is good for power and its charge.
Uther's Triumph is for fun. Originally, I had it main deck, but that was stupid. Nevertheless, I've included it in the market, and it can do a lot of damage and draw you a bunch of cards if you're wide.
Enjoy!
