What's the issue with Hero of the People?

It just seems like she dies before she can do anything useful, solution?

Reweave

Simply pull this from your Market then sacrifice your Merchant (Or any of the ample 3 cost units) to summon a delicious Shifted Hero. You now have 3 turns to skill whore as much as possible before smacking the enemy player with Her Royal Fatness.

So she can't be targeted anymore, but she still can die to board-clearing cards. Use your Crownwatch Paladin and Bartholo, the Seducer to gift her an Aegis to skip any pesky wipes. Alternatively Stonepowder Alchemist to bring her back after a few turns.

Hero with Exalted is very obnoxious, use Ghostblade Outcast incase they burn single target and kill your buffed Hero.

Ideally you'd buff her up with Berserk Umbren Voidbringer or Double Damage Ezuzi, Kodosh's Listener before she emerges. When she emerges she gets Unblockable for 1 turn anyhow, and when you Berserk she'll get another skill in Reckless. Note you can also play another Umbren Voidbringer to refresh the Berserk and do it over again.

Why just 2 Hero of the People? You don't really want to draw it. You need at least 1 in the deck to pull with Reweave. Deck includes lots of lifesteal units to stall, most units in the deck have at least 2 skills as well so you can win games just with Unseen Commando and kill nasty units with Deadly.
