What would be a decent replacement for Witching Hour? Four winchest merchants in place of the argenports smugglers is acceptable?

You could probably swap the Merchants, but the point of the deck is pretty dependent on Witching Hour. I guess you can still make it and swap in something wild like Hero of the People, but it wouldn't be nearly as effective.
