Archetype is a joke.
Not for the faint of heart! This is about as playable as a deck playing 4 Mind Links probably can be. Hailstorm holds the early game and your 8 fatties hold the midgame to stall long enough to get Mind Link value. Unstable Form gets put on the bottom for value, pop aegis, semi silence through transform, and can often devalue a minion already in play. It's also the cheapest way to trigger Mind Link and refill on gas. Unstable Forming a Permafrosted enemy unit can get you some free value - just remember it can also target your own units. Equivocate is a pretty good card and it triggers Mind Link for value. Rain of Frogs is not a strong card, but turns into card draw with Mind Link in play as you draw Destiny Frogs. Finally, you can pick up a pig or three off of Cirso, which really offsets the downside of trading him off.
The real "late game" plan for this deck is Mind Link + Shimmerpack. Each opponent's unit you transform gives you another Shimmerpack, which lets you keep the combo going and eventually win with 4/4s. Xenan Obelisk is included to speed this up by swinging the balance in your favor faster.
This deck is probably worse than Elysian Midrange in just about every matchup except ironically for aggro, since this deck plays a bunch of anti-aggro tools. If you want to meme with Mind Link and Shimmerpack, you could do worse than this build.
