Hello friends!
I've been playing Eternal since November after being a long-time Pokemon TCG/Hearthstone player and reaching top 100 NA several times there. So far I'm enjoying Eternal quite a bit more - the rewards system, the community and the gameplay are all so much better than everything Hearthstone has to offer, and I'm really happy to have found it.
I was able to reach Master in Throne for the first time using this deck this month. I know it's not super interesting or new, but I figured I'd share my personal take on this build. I'm loving the toolbox-esque feeling of it, and it feels like it has an answer to everything in the meta with the right draws.
I've tweaked this list quite a bit over the past few weeks, and have finally settled on this build. I tested Desert Marshal and other meta techs but wasn't happy with their overall performance. I think the cards in this list are the most consistent and flexible of everything else I tested. I'm not sure if my 3/4 copies of certain cards is ideal yet, but hoping to get feedback from more experienced players to improve overall efficiency and consistency if you see any glaring issues.
Icaria, the Liberator is definitely broken and it's not uncommon for people to outright concede when you drop it on 7. Everything works together in a bunch of different mini-combos to get you to a point where you have 15+ power and can just grind your opponent out with patience and big drops. Ideal starting hand is a couple crests, Xo for the draw/market pitch, Aurelian Merchant, and a Harsh Rule for the few aggro/swarm decks that are running around.
Hope my feedback was helpful for you i'm interested how you look at it :D
